Cheers, to a Better You
Welcome,
I’m so happy you found your way here.
I’m Erica Kao, Registered Dietitian and founder of AT · EASE · NUTRITION.
My philosophy is simple: food should support your glow, not control it. Together, we’ll bring ease, intelligence, and beauty back into the way you nourish yourself.
This is a space where food supports your life, not the other way around.
It’s a mindful, evidence-based approach to creating a relationship with food — and with yourself, that feels calming and empowering.

If you’re unsure, ask your provider: “Do you cover Registered Dietitian services in Ontario?” — most major plans do.
